Song for the Morning After finds a character used to playing the anti-hero, anti-song, anti-anything in a more sympathetic light. Zander makes good use of a musical saw, the distortion on the vocals feels motivated and Mickey Daggers vocal harmonies add a nice touch. Im sure you're already thinking about comparing them to the rolling stones, but i would say equally the Velvet Underground.
